The Universal Peace Federation is an NGO in General Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Their mission is to support and promote the work of the United Nations and the achievement of the sustainable development goals. Each year, the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on September 21. As we observe the International Day of Peace on September 21, 2025, the Universal Peace Federation reaffirms their collective commitment to fostering a world where harmony and understanding prevail by hosting a diverse group of speakers, including Freedom Light’s Executive Director Dr. Kimberly Mehlman-Orozco.
